The course grants university level training in a domain of great economic relevance and technological development. The strategic importance of training and development in the area of Polymeric Materials is particularly visible in a large number of products surrounding us in our daily activities and that allow us to use them more easily (automobile, sports, electronics, computers, mobile phones and packages). The course combines a solid training in Engineering with a thorough knowledge in plastics, their main transformation techniques and project principles. It also aims at developing the critical spirit and innovation capacity of the graduates, providing them with the adequate skills to respond to industries and services in the plastics industrial sector.
Access to higher education
