EEUM Research
Centres are collaborating with the Social Services of the University of Minho
(SASUM) in projects for the study and evaluation of services.
Through the
ALGORITMI, CEB and CT2M research centres, the EEUM cooperates in projects that
focus on the evaluation of the Food Department's production process, study and
evaluation of waiting times, evaluation of the planning and allocation of human
resources, study and evaluation of the systems implemented with regard to the
quality of the infrastructure air, and study and evaluation of the energy
consumption in the SASUM facilities.
The ongoing
projects aim to improve the processes and services provided by SASUM and,
consequently, increase the satisfaction of the users of these services.
