Opening Hours of the Pedagogical Council and the Scientific Council:
- Telephone service every day from 10 am to 12 pm
- Face-to-face service on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm; (entry through the door next to the "balcão único")

For doctoral thesis submissions, Monday through Friday from 10am to noon and 2:30pm to 4:30pm
- Outside these hours, contacts must be made by email
