The celebration of cooperation protocols and agreements is envisaged as a relevant strategy for bringing together and consolidating collaboration between the School of Engineering and other international entities, constituting a fundamental practice within UMinho.
The EEUM has protocols with institutions from more than 60 countries, with a strong focus on the EU, Asia and PALOP, within different areas of internationalization, such as mobility of students, teaching and non-teaching staff, Double Masters degrees, European doctorates and joint degrees, cooperation in international research projects, networks, among others.
To enhance a fruitful internationalization strategy, Memoranda of Understanding will only be accepted when accompanied by an additive term/addenda that proposes, in turn, at least one concrete cooperation action.
